My husband purchased a beautiful orchid for our anniversary. I'm an orchid fanatic and this is the best one I have ever received. The service and delivery was great, too.

Rate flower arrangement as a 7 out of 10. Not exactly as shown on internet but request met as I requested Easter flowers.

I do not recommend this florist. The overall feedback is that the florist is rude. and lacks customer service. The flower arrangement was for a funeral service, and the order was delivered timely. However, the flowers had been wilted and sparse. The online ordering picture was not close to what was delivered. We had been disappointed especially given the importance of this arrangement. I had emailed the florist to provide my feedback and express my disappointment. I had provided photos as well. She had proceeded to call me and state the photos I sent had not been taken the day of the funeral. Technology is fantastic since the photos are all timestamped to confirm that they had been taken the day of the wake (the date they got delivered). She explained room temperature and water are a factor but other arrangements from other companies showed no signs of wilt and had been beautiful even the day of the funeral. Again, I do not recommend this florist. She is unable to accept feedback and has no customer service experience.

Lots of flowers is an amazing shop. The owner is a lovely lady and you can tell she really cares about her customers. We have ordered many items from her shop and without fail they are beautiful, on-time, and she always add a little touch to make it special. We really could not get through our tough days without her amazing service. If you are in or around this area please use them, you will not be disappointed and would be supporting a local small business in our community.

I sent my mom a bouquet for her to get on Monday after Mother's Day and was a bit worried that her bouquet might be just the leftover scraps but no! The arrangement was gorgeous and the blooms were GIANT. She kept raving about how beautiful the arrangement was (and she gets flowers for most of the flower giving holidays, so this wasn't just her excited for flowers). I did this for same day delivery when I ordered and it came in a timely manner. Definitely will be using Lucky's again!
